POLICIES: CANCELLATIONS: Must give a 24 hour notice. If no notice is given a $25 rebooking fee is required. NO-SHOW: If you miss an appointment without giving a notice, you must pay for full service before booking another appointment. LATE FEE: I work very hard to accommodate clients schedules, therefore 15 minutes or more behind can hinder service given to you and following clients. If you are 15 minutes late, there will be a $10 fee added to your total at the end of your service. If you are 20 minutes late or more, your service may have to be shortened or rescheduled.
