Studio 31 & Co. is a full service salon, nail salon, and lash studio. We offer a wide variety of services to accommodate your every beauty need. At Studio 31 every one of our artists are industry experts who will put you at ease with their knowledge and expertise. CANCELLATION POLICY
POLICIES: CANCELLATIONS: All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours ahead of time will be charged 50% of the service total. (With exceptions of specific circumstances) NO-SHOW: If you miss an appointment without giving a notice, you must pay for full service before booking another appointment. LATE FEE: We work very hard to accommodate clients schedules, therefore 15 minutes or more behind can hinder service given to you and following clients. If you are 15 minutes late, there will be a $10 fee added to your total at the end of your service. If you are 20 minutes late or more, your service may have to be shortened or rescheduled.
